Order fulfillment
In-stock, ready-to-ship products ordered before the cutoff will be fulfilled the same day. In-stock, ready-to-ship products ordered after the cutoff will be fulfilled the next business day.
Cutoffs are advertised on the product page. Products that are not ready to ship will be notated as such.

Late deliveries
Transit times are not guaranteed by mail carriers. In the event that your package is considered lost by the mail carrier, we will process an exact replacement.
