How it works

1. Proceed to our returns portal.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions for getting your product back to us.
3. Wait for your return to be approved (instant for most return reasons).
4. Print your return label or use the QR code (not available for all returns).
5. Store credits and exchanges are processed once your return is dropped off.
6. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Overseas returns

Some countries do not support automatic returns and require us to initiate your return or exchange manually. If you are in one of these countries, our returns portal will prompt you to contact our support.
