What to do
- Confirm your shipping address is correct.
- Look for a delivery attempt notice (front door or inside your mailbox).
- Check if someone at your residence accepted the delivery.
- Search the delivery address or check with a neighbor.
- Wait 24 hours. Packages are usually delivered within 24 hours of a delivery scan. Sometimes delivery scans are falsified by drivers to hit quotas set by the mail carrier.
- File a claim with the mail carrier.
