Tracking says delivered but the package isn't there? A few quick checks solve most cases, and we'll help with the rest.
First, a few quick checks
Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a day before it actually arrives, so most "delivered but missing" packages turn up within about 24 hours. Before anything else:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Look for a delivery notice at your door or in your mailbox.
- Check whether someone else at your address accepted it.
- Look around the property and check with neighbors.
- Give it up to 24 hours from the delivered scan. Scans are sometimes recorded early, so the package can still be on its way.
If it still hasn't shown up
What happens next depends on whether you added Shipping Protection at checkout:
- With Shipping Protection: message us with your order number and we'll send a replacement right away — no carrier claim required. Details: Shipping protection.
- Without Shipping Protection: file a claim with the mail carrier first (they're the ones who can trace or confirm the package). Then message us with your order number, and we'll help you through the claim and start a replacement based on its outcome.
