What to do

1. Confirm your shipping address is correct.
2. Look for a delivery attempt notice (front door or inside your mailbox).
3. Check if someone at your residence accepted the delivery.
4. Search the delivery address or check with a neighbor.
5. Wait 24 hours. Packages are usually delivered within 24 hours of a delivery scan. Sometimes delivery scans are falsified by drivers to hit quotas set by the mail carrier.
6. File a claim with the mail carrier.
