In-stock orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same day. Here are the exact cutoff times and how to check your order's ship date.

Same-day when you beat the cutoff

Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email or text you a shipping confirmation with tracking, based on the preferences you set.

Cutoff times

• Monday - Friday: 3 PM PST
• Saturday: 1 PM PST

Each product page also shows that item's cutoff and whether it's ready to ship, so you always know before you buy.

Orders with a pre-order or custom service

If your order includes an item that isn't ready to ship yet (a pre-order, or a custom service like a lubrication setup), the whole order ships once everything in it is ready. Want the in-stock items sooner? Message us and we can look at split shipping options. See Split shipments.

Checking your ship date

Your order confirmation email and your account both show the ship date and availability for each item. Shipping is how long we take to get the package out the door; transit is how long the carrier takes to deliver it. For delivery estimates once it's moving, refer to your order tracking.
