Damage Protection is an optional add-on that covers repairs and replacement parts on your speed cube for 180 days from fulfillment, and may include a full replacement at our discretion.

What's covered

• Lubrication & tensioning: re-lubricating and/or re-tensioning* of your previously serviced speed cube.
• Pieces & hardware: damaged pieces or hardware.
• Magnets: dislodged or damaged magnets.
• Stickers: peeling, chipping, or placement.

*Product must have been ordered with a lubrication service that includes tensioning.

Terms & conditions

Claims requiring the product to be returned to us for repair will be at our expense. In most cases, replacement parts will be sent to the customer but in some situations, we will exchange the damaged product for a new one at our discretion. Repeat claims for the same product may be refused at our discretion. Protection is valid for 180 days from the date of fulfillment.
