Protection includes:

Lubrication & Tensioning

Re-lubricating and/or re-tensioning* of your previously serviced speed cube.

*Product must have been ordered with a lubrication service that includes tensioning.

Pieces & Hardware

Damaged pieces or hardware.

Magnets

Dislodged or damaged magnets.

Stickers

Peeling, chipping, or placement.

Terms & Conditions

Claims requiring the product to be returned to us for repair will be at our expense. In most cases, replacement parts will be sent to the customer but in some situations, we will exchange the damaged product for a new one. Repeat claims for the same product may be refused at our discretion. Protection is valid for 180 days from the date of fulfillment.
