Local pickup is available during checkout from our warehouse locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, and St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with pickup hours and instructions.

How long do I have to pickup my order?

A pickup order is held for up to 7 business days once the order is marked as "ready for pickup". If after 7 business days, the order is not picked up, it will be cancelled and refunded. If you require a longer window to retrieve your order or any other accommodations, please contact us.

Custom services & backorders

Pickup orders containing a custom service (setup service, coating, stickers, etc.) or a backorder/pre-order will take longer to be prepared for pickup. Product availability is outlined on product pages, during checkout, confirmation emails, and order history.
