How to order

Tip: Products with our Damage Protection add-on are eligible for free replacement parts or even a new product!

Step 1. Contact us to let us know what part(s) you want. Please be specific and provide reference images/videos if available.

Step 2. Our team will check our current inventory. We will respond with an invoice if we can fulfill the entire or partial request. If we cannot fulfill the request, we will communicate this to you. Note: If the product falls under warranty and is defective or missing parts, we will not charge for replacement parts.

Example of a replacement part request:

"I would like to order a blue centerpiece for the MoYu AoShi WR M 6x6 Magnetic and a blue/white/orange corner piece for the X-Man Tornado V3 3x3 Magnetic (Pioneer). An image is attached to show the location of the requested MoYu AoShi WR M 6x6 Magnetic centerpiece."
