Free replacement parts & our 90-day supportUpdated 5 hours ago

If a piece breaks or a part fails within 90 days of delivery, we send you the replacement pieces free, shipping included. Most fixes take a couple of minutes, and we'll point you to a guide. This is our included support on every puzzle, whether or not you added a protection plan.

What's covered for free within 90 days

  • Replacement pieces (edges, corners, centers, caps, screws, springs, magnets) for a defect, a broken piece, or a piece that failed in normal use.
  • Free shipping on the part.
  • A reassembly guide so you can pop it back in yourself, or the option to send it back and we'll reassemble it for you.

A "pop," where a piece comes out but nothing is broken, isn't a defect at all. It reassembles in about two minutes. See Cube care & reassembly for guides.

After 90-days

  • Outside the 90-day window, or normal wear over time. We'll still get you the exact part, priced at our cost.
  • A whole-product replacement. Individual pieces cover almost every case. A full replacement is reserved for a clear manufacturing defect, or for cubes covered by our Damage Protection add-on.

Damage Protection (optional add-on)

Damage Protection is a paid add-on that extends coverage to 180 days from fulfillment and adds re-lubrication and re-tensioning (for cubes ordered with a tensioning service), dislodged or damaged magnets, and sticker issues, up to a full replacement when needed. Details: Damage Protection.

How to request parts
